Effective date

These Terms of Service are effective from 30 July 2026. By visiting our website, creating an account, using the design studio, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Who may use Vibe Tee

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use Vibe Tee only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify customer support promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Store products and availability

• Product photographs and digital mockups are illustrative. Colour, scale, placement, and appearance may vary slightly by screen, garment size, fabric, and printing process.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is placed. The checkout total shown before payment includes applicable charges and discounts.
• Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock. An order is accepted only after successful payment and our confirmation.
• We may reject or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, prohibited custom content, or another lawful reason. If payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. Your use of the provider may also be governed by its own terms. You authorise us and the provider to process the transaction, perform verification, and share payment status with each other.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. A charge showing as pending is not proof that an order has been accepted.

AI design studio

The studio uses automated systems, including third-party generative AI, to create T-shirt previews from your text, artwork, and selected images. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other output, or unsuitable for printing.

• Review spelling, placement, colour, and the complete preview before ordering. We may make technical adjustments needed for production.
• We do not guarantee that generated output is unique or that intellectual-property rights can be obtained in it.
• Safety filters may block a request or generation. We may also refuse to print a design that violates these terms or applicable law.
• A digital preview is not a promise of an exact physical result. Fabric texture, ink, garment dimensions, and manufacturing tolerances can create reasonable differences.

Your content and permissions

You keep any rights you already hold in text, artwork, photographs, logos, and other material you submit. You give Vibe Tee and the service providers involved a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, adapt, process, generate, display, and reproduce that material only as needed to operate the studio, provide previews, manufacture and deliver products, support your order, enforce these terms, and meet legal obligations.

As between you and Vibe Tee, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of an AI output created specifically from your submission. This does not grant rights in third-party material or guarantee that the output qualifies for copyright, trademark, or other protection.

You confirm that you have all permissions needed for your submission, including consent to use a person's image or likeness. You are responsible for claims arising from material you submit or products you ask us to make.

Prohibited use

You must not use Vibe Tee to create, upload, order, or distribute:

• unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or exploitative material;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or content that facilitates harm;
• material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or other rights;
• malware, attempts to bypass security or safety filters, automated scraping, or activity that disrupts the services; or
• designs that falsely imply endorsement, affiliation, or official status.

Shipping, returns, and custom products

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production time, courier coverage, weather, public holidays, and events outside our reasonable control.

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages form part of these terms. Because personalised products are made to your instructions, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange for a change of mind. Your rights for a defective, damaged, wrongly supplied, or materially misdescribed item remain unaffected.

Our website and brand

The Vibe Tee name, logos, website design, software, product photography, and content created by us are owned by or licensed to Vibe Tee. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the website and studio available, but they may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, changed, or withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Tee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, a security risk, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The revised version will show a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact customer support using the details provided on the website or in your order communications so we can try to resolve the issue.
