Shipping & delivery
Most orders land in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Here’s how processing, transit, and tracking work.
Delivery timeline
Once your order leaves our workshop, standard delivery across serviceable pin codes in India is typically 3 to 5 business days.
- Metro & major cities — usually 3 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities — usually 3 to 5 business days
- Remote / special regions — may take longer due to courier coverage
Timelines are estimates. Weather, festivals, strikes, or limited-access pin codes can add delay.
Order processing
- Ready-to-wear orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
- Custom studio tees may need extra production time before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping coverage & cost
- We ship to serviceable pin codes across India.
- Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Tracking your order
After dispatch you will receive tracking details by email or SMS. Use the tracking link to follow transit status with our courier partner.
- Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. Keep your phone reachable during delivery hours.
- If all attempts fail, the shipment may return to us and re-shipping charges can apply.
- Damaged or opened packaging on arrival? Refuse the delivery when possible and contact us with photos and your order number.
